2027: PMA Executives Begin Door-to-Door Mobilization, Target 2 Million Votes for Tinubu

The Patriotic Movement for Asiwaju (PMA), an All Progressives Congress (APC) support group, has said its executives across the 36 states of the federation, including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), are conducting door-to-door mobilisation to secure President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.

The group said the grassroots mobilisation was part of its efforts to fulfil its pledge to mobilise more than two million votes for Tinubu in the forthcoming presidential election.

PMA disclosed this in a press statement jointly signed by its National Coordinator, Hajiya Zainab Cengiz Abbas, and National Secretary, Dr Brown Ibom, on Monday.

The group said its structures across the country were fully prepared to intensify grassroots engagement, reach eligible voters and build support for the President ahead of the election.

It added that its executives and members were engaging communities directly to explain the administration’s policies, highlight its achievements and encourage Nigerians to support Tinubu’s second-term ambition.

PMA also described the large turnout recorded during Tinubu’s recent visit to Kaduna State for the flag-off of the APC campaign as a demonstration of the President’s growing acceptance among Nigerians.

According to the group, the enthusiastic reception reflected public confidence in the President’s leadership and the reforms being implemented by his administration.

It said the turnout showed that many Nigerians recognised the need to sustain the administration’s policies and give the ongoing reforms more time to deliver their intended benefits.

The movement maintained that the economic and institutional reforms introduced by the Tinubu administration were aimed at repositioning the country for sustainable growth, despite the challenges associated with their implementation.

PMA said it would continue to mobilise support at the ward, local government and state levels, stressing that its nationwide presence would be instrumental in achieving its two-million-vote target.

The group expressed confidence that sustained door-to-door engagement, community outreach and voter mobilisation would strengthen the APC’s electoral prospects in 2027.

It reaffirmed its commitment to Tinubu’s re-election bid, saying its executives across the country were determined to translate their mobilisation efforts into votes at the polls.
