The Federal University Lokoja (FULOKOJA) has started uploading admissions for the 2026/2027 academic session on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s (JAMB) Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS), the institution announced.
The university’s Admissions Division said candidates who chose FULOKOJA as their first choice and took part in the 2026 Post-UTME Screening Exercise should check their admission status through their JAMB e-Facility. The notice applies to both Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) applicants.
Candidates can access the e-Facility at the nearest JAMB office or at a JAMB-accredited Computer-Based Test (CBT) centre.
Two categories of offers
The university said admissions will be processed in two categories.
Candidates admitted to their chosen programme should accept or reject the offer.
Candidates placed in a different programme must first accept or reject the transfer offer. Those who accept the transfer must then separately accept the admission offered in the new programme.
48-hour deadline
The Admissions Division warned that candidates who receive an offer of transfer or admission must respond within 48 hours or forfeit it.
Admissions will be uploaded in batches, so candidates were urged to check their JAMB e-Facility regularly. The university added that acceptance is best done at a JAMB office or an accredited CBT centre.
The announcement was issued by the Admissions Division of Federal University Lokoja.
